  Even though the business is now closed I would like to say thank you to the original founders of Horizon Memorial Services
  Christine & Gerald for everything thank you for being there and not only being a friend to me but also treating me and my family like a member of yours as i am eternally greatful to both of you & thank you for commiting your lives to helping others get through their most difficult times and making it as comfortable as you could especially in this highly emotional industry , you both are dealy missed

  Horizon Memorial Services is not under Investigation. The person that says they are a state Agency is not a state agency they are bogus as the state would never post on Google about them doing any investigations or shutting a business down. So please disregard the post from State Agency. In Response to Vickie Brown's post the reason her Death Certificates took so long to get to her is because she had some one else give them her information at first and her name was spelt wrong so when they sent her an other paper to sign she sent it back with a stain on it and the state rejected it so they had to hand deliver it to her then to the state Health Department. As for Shannon hanging up on her Shannon's cell phone would drop calls at the most ac-ward moments as it has happened to me when I'm on the phone with her. So now she has a new phone and all calls are answered at all times. In Response to lukedoyle24 the same as Vickie Brown applies to her.

  Horrible horrible do not deal with this place. My aunt passed and same issues as everyone else, it took 3 months to get the death certificate in which there were misspellings everywhere. We paid over 130 dollars for an urn which we never received. Took another 3 months to get a refund check which was returned for insufficient funds! I drove to their "address" and called Shannon who promptly hung up on me. Filing another report in this place!!!
